PRICING AND FEES

PAYMENT TERMS

LATE PAYMENTS

Genesis One Project Inc. may suspend or discontinue services when an account becomes delinquent, subject to the terms of the applicable agreement and applicable law.

REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS

Because consulting services may involve reserved time, planning, analysis, preparation, and work performed specifically for a client, fees for services already performed are generally non-refundable.

Cancellation terms for a specific engagement will be governed by the applicable proposal, statement of work, or consulting agreement. If no separate cancellation provision exists, clients should provide reasonable written notice of cancellation.

Any refund, credit, or adjustment will be determined according to the applicable agreement and applicable law.

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

Clients are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and timely information reasonably necessary for Genesis One Project Inc. to perform its services. Delays caused by missing, inaccurate, or late information may affect project timelines or deliverables.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Unless otherwise provided in a written agreement, Genesis One Project Inc. retains ownership of its pre-existing materials, methodologies, processes, templates, systems, know-how, and other proprietary materials.

Client-specific deliverables and ownership rights will be governed by the applicable written agreement.
